1. Structure
The lifting mechanical structure is generally composed of base, boom and worktable. 2. Hydraulic system description
Suck oil from the oil pump and push the piston in the oil cylinder. When the jacking platform rises and falls vertically; Under the control of the speed limiting valve and flow regulation, the pressure oil flows back to the oil tank through the solenoid valve. When the oil cylinder is overloaded, the pressure oil output by the oil pump flows back to the oil tank directly through the overflow valve (safety valve). In order to prevent the uncontrolled descent accident caused by the rupture of the oil pipe, a one-way speed limiting valve is set on the oil inlet (also used as oil return) pipeline of each oil tank, which can ensure the descent at a normal speed even in the case of the rupture of the oil pipe.
